Comparing different TE libraries in Drosophila melanogaster, Oryza sativa and Danio rerio. a Number of families from the reference library with matches in the specific target genome (A1 for Drosophila, the standard reference for rice and zebrafish), and how many of them have a match with the Pantera or alternate automated library covering > 90% identity and length in the selected genome. Note that not all reference library families were found in the specific genome used (some are only found in other genomes from the species). b Degree of TE completeness as percentages of the total number of segments for each tool, type and species.
